We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warranty Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong caravan industry knowledge who enjoys problem-solving and can confidently manage warranty claims from start to finish. Experience working in a caravan service centre or a similar environment is highly desirable.

We're looking for someone who understands how caravans are built and repaired—not just someone who can process paperwork. You'll be responsible for assessing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, organising parts, and ensuring every job is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and manage warranty claims.
- Determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Coordinate warranty repairs with external repairers and service agents.
- Order and manage warranty parts.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, repairers, and customers.
- Monitor warranty jobs from commencement through to completion.




- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and effective outcomes.

About You

- Previous experience in the caravan industry is essential.
- Experience in a caravan service centre or warranty role is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of caravan construction, components, and repair processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Robust communication and organisational skills.
- Computer skills are advantageous, but technical caravan knowledge and a practical approach are the priority.
