What you'll be doing:
Running your own section through prep and service with consistency and precision
Working to recipes and specs, and holding the standard on every plate
Supporting apprentices and junior chefs on your section
Managing your own prep lists, mise en place and section stock
Following food safety and cleaning standards without being asked twice
Contributing ideas on specials and menu development
