Place Kangaroo Point is welcoming a highly respected new Sales Agent with more than two decades of real estate experience, predominantly across Brisbane’s western suburbs.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to become the operational heartbeat of this high-performing business, driving seamless campaigns, exceptional client experiences, and consistent high-level results.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Saturday as required

A day in the Life

As Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly and ensuring every campaign is executed to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating property campaigns from listing to settlement, delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers.
- Preparing and compiling of Proposals, including Agent specific Listing Presentations, Marketing Campaigns, Case Studies and Listing Documents.
- Managing this Agent’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities to maximise productivity and efficiency.
- Database maintenance (REX) and reporting.
- Maintaining premium brand standards while continuously improving systems and processes.





What you bring to the table

- Strong real estate experience in executive support or operations, and confidence managing the listing-to-settlement process.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and initiative, bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership.
- Technical proficiency and a results-driven mindset, with experience using CRM platforms such as REX, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
