Due to continued growth in enrolments, Junior Explorers Edmonton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and lead our Pre Kindy Room

The Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality learning experiences and supporting your team to deliver engaging, play-based programs.
You will:
- Lead and support curriculum planning aligned with the EYLF
- Guide and mentor educators within your room
- Build strong,
genuine relationships with children and families
- Support documentation and reflective practice
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

You are a passionate and confident educator who:
- Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved)
- Has a robust understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Builds positive, respectful relationships with ease
- Brings energy, creativity and a genuine love for teaching
- Is committed to continuous improvement and team collaboration
