Bluegrass BBQ in Eatons Hill is seeking an experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to lead our FOH operation, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive guest experiences and sales.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, coaching the FOH team, maintaining high presentation standards, and managing labour, stock and guest feedback with ownership mindset.

We offer a genuine prospect to progress your hospitality career and a negotiable salary following probation.
