SYC is seeking a skilled psychologist or recent graduate to join our Employment team at Mount Gambier (with Adelaide metro as an alternative). You will provide counselling and case management to participants facing non-vocational barriers, supporting progress toward meaningful employment via in-person or telehealth sessions.
You'll work with Employment Coaches and stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and deliver recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed, person‑centred interventions.
