Jaisano Pty Ltd The Opportunity Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play an important role in the day to day operation of the kitchen.

The role will include:

- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Leading and mentoring kitchen staff during service
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
- Managing food preparation, ordering and stock control
- Ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are maintained
- Working efficiently in a busy, high volume kitchen
- Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Skills Required:

- At least one year's experience as a chef in a medium sized hotel strong customer and staff focus and consistent high customer service standard
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Has experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Experience supervising staff
- Ability to manage stock and par levels within budget Demonstracted experience working in a fast paced environment




- Is punctual and able to follow instructions
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Maintains a clean and santised work area
- Shares a passion for the hospitality industry
