The Opportunity

There is currently an opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join their market-leading Technology Transactions team in Sydney, advising top-tier clients on high-stakes matters involving technology, data, cyber security, and digital infrastructure.

In this role you will work alongside nationally recognized Partners, taking a lead role in complex transactions, managing critical client relationships, and overseeing high-level drafting and negotiations. You will also have the platform to mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across a vast global network.

You must possess solid commercial judgment with the ability to lead complex transactions and build credibility with clients.
