Location: Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid – Tuesdays & Wednesdays on-site)

Position Overview:

We are seeking high-calibre Senior SAP Project Managers to drive critical workstreams within a major public sector SAP enterprise transformation programme in Brisbane.

This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, governance, schedule management, and cross-functional team leadership. Any specialised technical gaps (e.g., specific data or integration execution) will be supplemented by dedicated specialists embedded on the project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned SAP project workstreams from planning through execution and cutover.
- Maintain rigorous project governance, milestone tracking, risk/issue mitigation, and status reporting.
- Partner with technical leads, change managers, vendor partners, and key organisation stakeholders.
- Facilitate a smooth handover with outgoing project personnel to maintain delivery momentum.




- Coordinate cutover activities and lead team readiness during peak go-live periods.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Proven SAP Experience: Demonstrated track record delivering complex SAP projects or major upgrades as Lead Project Manager.
- Core PM Competencies: Advanced capability in scope control, project scheduling, risk management, and vendor oversight.
- Adaptability: Ability to step into an active programme setting and quickly drive deliverables to completion.
- Public Sector Context: Experience navigating large enterprise or government delivery frameworks is highly regarded.

Mandatory Cutover Commitment

- Location: 100% on-site presence in Brisbane (Monday–Friday) for the final 2 weeks of October .
- Roster: Ability to participate in a 24/7 rotational roster (including weekends) during this 2-week cutover period.
