Shape Ways of Working

Our client is a national financial services business, currently undertaking asignificant ways of working transformationacross some of their key business units. Theyoperatewithin a complex, regulated environment where their ability to deliver product improvements and effective business transformation is vital-and this role will play a central part in defining how this is structured across their organisation.

Your Role

This is a senior, strategic Agile coaching role. You'll work directly with leadership within specific business units to design and embed ways of working tailored to their context, then support them in setting up SAFe-style performance tracking practices - running Big Room Planning, setting up OKRs and embedding the cadences needed to sustain change.You'llbring deep SAFeexpertiseand a strong understanding of Agile coaching within financial services or other heavily regulated industries, where commercial pace must sit alongside governance and risk discipline.

Fixed Term Contract - $220,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities

- Ways of Working Design:



Partner with leadership across multiple business units to design and embed ways of working suited to their specific context.
- Performance Practices: Build in SAFe-style tracking practices, including Big Room Planning and OKR-based performance management.
- Senior Agile Coaching: Coach business unit leaders and teams throughsignificant change, building lasting capability rather than dependency.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with senior business stakeholders to ensure new ways of working land well within a highly regulated context.

We’reLooking for People Who Have

- Deep understanding of SAFe and scaled Agile practices, including Big Room Planning and OKR-based performance tracking.
- Agile coaching experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- A track recorddesigning ways of working from the ground up across varying business units and team structures.
- Solid communicationand senior stakeholder management skills and the credibility to coach at a leadership level.
