About the Role:

Join San Telmo Brisbane — the Queensland home of Melbourne's iconic Argentinian restaurant — as a Casual Section Waiter . Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD , just moments from Central Station , San Telmo Brisbane brings the Group's signature wood-fired cooking, premium wines and authentic South American hospitality to Queensland. This is an opportunity to deliver exceptional dining experiences while working alongside a passionate front-of-house team in one of Brisbane's premier restaurants.

Reporting to a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll receive dedicated monthly appraisals, genuine professional support and ongoing opportunities to develop your skills while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium venue.

In the Section Waiter role, your day-to-day will involve:

- Managing your own section while delivering attentive, skilled table service
- Building rapport with guests and creating memorable dining experiences
- Confidently recommending food and beverages using strong product knowledge
- Maintaining exceptional presentation and attention to detail throughout service
- Working closely with the bar, kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service




- Handling guest feedback professionally while contributing to a positive team culture

Our successful candidate will have:

- 1–2 years' experience as a Section Waiter in a premium, high-volume venue
- Passion for hospitality, food and wine
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Team-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
