POSITION

Due to growth and the acquisition of new clients, this firm is actively recruiting for a Business Services Manager to lead, mentor and manage a motivated team of accountants. Client relationship management will be an essential component of this role.



The successful candidate will have a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership within 3-5 years.

The successful candidate will be provided with their own client portfolio to manage and a small and highly motivated team. There is a genuine chance to grow this team and portfolio due to internal promotions that are already in place.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA
- 8+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- Ability to manage a $800-1m fee base
- Strong technical skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
