In the role of Principal Advisor (Corridor Management) you will identify, manage and coordinate the third party works, agreements, projects and protection opportunities relating to transport corridors within the region in accordance with relevant legislation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to and play a leading role in the preparation and negotiation of corridor management activities, developments, declarations and infrastructure agreements with project teams, local government and private industry.
- Manage the development and effectiveness of the Project Planning and Corridor nManagement Unit's activities and projects to address policy, administrative, and funding issues that impact transport infrastructure and development across the region.
- Lead, initiate and formulate complex strategic and operational advice and recommendations to senior management, technical specialists, and project teams for corridor management, development assessment and protection of state-controlled road corridors.
- Establish, maintain, and foster good working partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders,
- Prepare briefings, correspondence, policy advice, and approval documentation.
- Be proactive in identifying and/or seizing opportunities and providing advice for coordinating private and public sector developments with other transport infrastructure projects and programs to ensure integrated transport outcomes are achieved.
- Represent the department as required in complex dealings with various stakeholder groups to improve co-operation, co-ordination, and transfer of knowledge for the benefit of TMR transport infrastructure and development program and projects.
- Plan, manage, coordinate,



and implement project management across a range of significant corridor management projects including complaints and that achieve positive outcomes and benefits for the department.
