About the Job

An prospect to join a well-established investment banking business as a Senior Compliance Manager on a 12-month FTC, with potential to go permanent.

The role sits within Central Compliance, supporting the Institutional/Markets business and providing compliance advice to senior stakeholders and front-office teams.

Duties

- Provide compliance advice to the Institutional/Markets business.
- Advise on regulatory, market conduct and compliance matters.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and front-office teams.
- Support compliance monitoring, policies and regulatory change.
- Identify and manage compliance risks across the business.

Skills Required

- Investment banking or financial markets experience is essential.
- Previous experience at Senior Compliance Manager / Compliance Manager level.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working closely with front-office stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
