This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia's most significant investment initiatives.
Our client is seeking an Associate Director to support the delivery of a newly established investment program. Working closely with the Head of the Program and broader Investment Relations team, you willmanage investment enquiries and proposals , buildrelationships with partner banks and prospective applicants, andsupport the assessment and progression of investment opportunities through a structured investment process.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of the Program, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for investment enquiries and proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner banks and organisations seeking investment.
- Conduct initial screening and commercial assessment of investment opportunities.
- Support early-stage due diligence and prepare briefing materials for investment decision making.
- Manage and maintain the investment opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.
- Monitor market activity and identify trends, risks and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure investment activity aligns with internal governance, compliance and risk frameworks.

About You
You will bring experience from asset management, banking or a related financial services environment and have a genuine interest in investment assessment, stakeholder engagement and commercial decision making.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience supporting investment, lending or transaction processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess commercial and financial opportunities.
- Experience conducting due diligence or evaluating investment opportunities.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications such as a CFA or MBA will be well regarded but are not essential.
