Description

- Lead financial planning and business performance, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cashflow forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
- Own commercial finance, margin analysis, customer and product profitability, and business performance insights.
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to optimise pricing, logistics, warehousing,



distribution costs, and overall business performance.
- Partner with operational and executive leaders to provide commercial insights, support strategic decision-making, and influence business outcomes.
- Lead the finance function, leading, coaching, and growing a small team of finance professionals.

Profile

- CA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with proven experience business partnering with operational teams.
- Solid expertise in commercial analysis, margin analysis, pricing, operations, warehousing, distribution costs, and overall business performance.
- A commercially minded leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge thinking, and drive improved business performance.
- Highly analytical, hands-on, and proactive, with strong ERP, reporting, financial modelling, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Job Offer

- Competitive salary between AUD $160,000 and AUD $180,000.
