Client is a local construction project management consultancy. They offer a broad range of services including project management, development management tenancy delivery and building advisory. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior client-side project manager to help the team grow.

Your new role

The role is a traditional client-side role. The company delivers end-to-end projects across a number of sectors, with current projects being education and industrial but can change. They do also work across retail, commercial, multi-res, fit-out, aged care, etc.

They are looking for an experienced client-side project manager to play a leadership role within the business. Supporting the state lead with the general management of the business, for example, coaching/mentoring the team, dealing with clients on more challenging projects and supporting with tenders, presentations and meetings to help bring in more work.

What you'll need to succeed

The client is looking for an experienced client-side resource.



Candidates must have enough experience working for a similar client-side project management consultancy to be able to run projects with minimal support, while also being ready to take a bit of a step up into more senior role.

Client does have strong preference for tertiary qualifications. Ideally Construction management or Quantity surveying. The role is senior level PM, stepping into an SPM, suggesting 5-8 years plus experience and will involve delivering larger projects yourself while working to support SPM and PD on office/business management.
