The Role
Deliver healthcare to patients in their homes
Visit approximately two houses per hour
Adaptable working hours (2 to 10 hours per day, 1 to 6 days per week)
Focus on preventive, holistic and integrated care
Opportunity to build strong patient relationships
The Practice / Support
Car and driver provided
Healthcare assistant support during appointments
Practice nurse available as needed
Office team support

Requirements
AHPRA general or specialist registration
RACGP or equivalent
