You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating key workstreams within transformation programs from initial discovery,
planning and delivery through to activating key initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Creating relevant insights based on a balance of qualitative inputs from key stakeholder groups and using data to synthesise key issues or opportunities to be addressed through the transformationContribute to the development of effective transformation strategy and roadmap; with ownership for developing and executing key workstream plansPrepare effective presentations and deliver recommendations, in partnership with relevant partners including Strategy, People, Finance and Transformation counterparts during diagnosis, design and mobilisation effortsFacilitate workshops and engage with a cross section of senior leaders.What you’ll bringYou will bring a broad range of skills and experiences across project management, change management, operating model design and activation within an Agile or matrixed organisation. We are looking for solid generalist expertise across 3-4 key capabilities areas including:Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic organisation change strategies, including transitioning to Agile ways of working at scaleExperience in operating model design and activation across ways of working, organising and delivering in an Agile at scale contextAbility to identify, track, and realise the benefits of transformation initiativesFoundational business analysis including assessing qualitative and quantitative information, document business needs and requirementsExperienced facilitation skills, including engaging senior leadershipExperience sitting within organisation transformation office, driving portfolio,
