As the Clinical Lead Veterinarian , you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and supporting the development of our veterinary team. This is a dual-focused role, combining hands-on clinical work with leadership, mentoring, and continuing education training.
- Rate depending on experience $150k – $161k + Super
- 150% loading on Public Holidays

About You
You are an experienced veterinarian with a passion for emergency and critical care, and a natural ability to lead and mentor others.
- Proven experience in veterinary practice, ideally within emergency or critical care
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice
- Leadership capability with the ability to influence, guide, and support a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in decision-making and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- A positive, resilient attitude aligned with AEA’s values
