The Padel Lounge – Sydney is seeking a Head of Programs to plan, manage and grow all programs across our venues. You will oversee social competitions, leagues, tournaments and coaching initiatives while aligning junior, school, holiday and corporate programs with business goals.
You will work with coaches to create engaging programs, monitor registrations and attendance, and report on participation and revenue. Ability to work across multiple venues and drive customer retention is essential.
