In this role, you'll:

- Work as part of our Transport Policy branch delivering strategic, evidence based policy reform for NSW, this role will see you lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of social policy initiatives and reforms that support the achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives and improves outcomes for customers and communities.
- You will pioneer innovative policy solutions and influence cross agency collaboration in a fast paced, highly complex environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- As more opportunities are expected within this branch, a talent pool will be created to support future recruitment needs
- This role is a Permanent full-time opportunity based at the Elizabeth Street office, with a 50% workplace attendance requirement.

- You're recognised as an autonomous, inclusive and collaborative policy leader, skilled at researching and analysing complex issues, shaping reform initiatives, and influencing stakeholders, building relationships across government, and working under pressure to deliver results.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent skilled experience
