Associate / Team Leader – Structural Engineering | Sydney

A leading specialist structural engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate / Team Leader to join its Sydney team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong structural engineer looking to take the next step into leadership, while working on high-end residential projects and a diverse range of architectural and technically challenging work.

The Role:

- Lead and deliver high-end residential structural projects
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
- Manage client relationships and project delivery
- Work closely with architects, builders and other consultants
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Sydney team

About You:

- Degree qualified Structural Engineer
- Strong technical design and project delivery experience




- Experience in high-end residential is highly desirable
- Alternatively, strong experience across heritage, public buildings, landscaping/public domain or event spaces will be considered
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Chartered status is highly regarded

Salary

- Team Leader: $140K–$150K + super
- Associate: $155K–$165K + super
