Our client is a well-established builder-developer with a solid track record of delivering high-quality commercial and multi-residential developments across Brisbane . They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
- Drive the construction programme and coordinate all site activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality and HSEQ compliance.

Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise apartment or multi-residential projects.
- Proven ability to lead site teams and effectively manage subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ and site compliance.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential.
