Mercedes-Benz Toorak has an incredibly rare opportunity come available. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department at Mercedes-Benz Toorak, the home of luxury.

In this exciting and unique leadership position, you will be part of the key leadership team reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager and the General Manager. You'll be responsible for driving the Service Departments performance, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional level of care, and maintaining the highest standards in customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, service advisors, and support staff, providing strong operational guidance and a positive, professional work environment.

What You'll Do

- Lead the daily operations of the service department to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Manage, motivate, and develop your team to achieve key performance targets
- Oversee workshop productivity, workflow, and quality control
- Build robust relationships with guests, ensuring trust and satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Monitor department financial performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Work closely with dealership leadership to drive continuous improvement and efficiency





Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and professionalism
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of service operations, warranty, and workshop processes
- Experience with luxury or European brands highly regarded
