Senior Project Engineer

Location: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne Locations

Work on exciting utility-scale renewable energy projects from conception through to commissioning/handover with one of Australia's leading energy players.

I am partnering with a client with a very strong project pipeline across HV infrastructure, renewable energy projects, and more. They have a robust brand name with proven excellence in delivering projects. With a long-standing history in the Australian market and strong industry relationships, they are a go to for their clients and partners.

About The Role:

Working with the Project Delivery team, the Senior Project Engineer will help deliver end-to-end HV infrastructure and utility-scale renewable energy projects. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to join a highly qualified and capable project delivery team with a strong brand and name in the market across their project partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage electrical engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
- Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors,



and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Drive safety, quality, and environmental outcomes in line with company standards
- Provide technical expertise and mentor junior engineers.

Your Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years experience in electrical engineering, project engineering, and HV project delivery
- Registered with Engineers Australia
- Experience on large scale complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects
- Site and project engineering experience with NSPs, coordination, multiple stakeholders, and sub contractors
- BESS project delivery experience (highly desirable)
