This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise a small crew, ensure works are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality while contributing to the growth of Sydney's urban forest.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a tree planting crew.

Coordinate daily planting activities and ensure works are completed to specification.

Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.

Deliver high-quality customer service when interacting with members of the public and clients.

Certificate III in Horticulture.

Current Australian Driver Licence.

White Card

Current First Aid Certificate.

Experience in tree planting, landscaping or local government maintenance.
