The Protected Step is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to support our Eastern Seaboard operations from Sydney, on-site Monday to Friday. This newly created role is relationship-focused and aims to be visible across the operation, helping translate safety policy into practical action.

You will provide practical safety advice, assist with incident investigations, and contribute to the safety journey with senior leadership, travelling as needed across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and regional
