NSW Health Hospital in the Home is seeking an Occupational Therapist Level 1/2 to deliver person-centred therapy in the community setting. You will assess, intervene, coordinate care, and educate clients, carers and health professionals while supporting independence.

The role requires demonstrated competencies in assessment, equipment prescription and community-based therapy for adults, with solid communication and team collaboration.
