- EnsureServiceNowsolutions align with security, performance, and scalability requirements

- Define integration patterns betweenServiceNowand external systems

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions

- Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and development outputs

- Establish and enforceServiceNowdevelopment standards, best practices, and governance

- Support platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years’ experience working withServiceNow, including experience in an Architect role
- Strong knowledge ofServiceNowarchitecture, data model, and core platform capabilities
- Experience designing solutions across ITSM and relatedServiceNowmodules
- Experience integratingServiceNowwith enterprise systems and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of security, access controls, and role-based permissions withinServiceNow
- ServiceNowcertifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
