Mercha is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Sydney, NSW, to own the inbound queue end-to-end and personally close revenue. You will be measured on CSAT as a headline metric, with responsibility for converting non-ICP demand and ensuring timely order confirmations.

You will manage inquiries via email, chat, calls and orders, maintaining HubSpot records and coordinating with account management and operations.
