We are supporting our client within the Insurance industry with an immediate need for a temporary Administrators to join one of their teams due to an increase in team workload.

The role is initially a 2 month assignment with the possibility of being extended anywhere up to a full 6 months.

The role will be based in their corporate head office, in Sydney's CBD where you will provide vital administration if you are proactive, adaptable,

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team by managing the team inbox, organising meetings and handling enquiries.
- Maintain and organise files, documents, and records, both digital and physical.
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Handle data entry and update records in a timely and accurate manner.




- We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role with solid attention to detail who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and has the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- As well as this, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
