Novotel Brisbane South Bank is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team as we launch Brisbane’s newest grill dining experience. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to lead the restaurant brigade, ensuring top quality, presentation and service delivery.
You’ll bring a robust culinary background in high-volume kitchen and a hands-on leadership style, mentoring developing chefs and contributing to menu planning and seasonal offerings.
