As Employment Relations Team Lead, you will play an integral role in leading the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced ER business unit. As a savvy ER professional, you will drive productivity and performance while also possessing the commercial acumen to influence change at a senior level.

Responsibilities

- Be the escalation point for complex and challenging Employment Relations queries.
- Lead, coach and develop the ER team, with weekly 121s and standups
- Maintain "super service", ensuring adherence to SLAs & KPIs for our ANZ service channels.
- Oversee development and drafting of customisable documentation, ensuring they are legally accurate and in line with current legislation.
- Drive an increase in retention rates.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years' experience in an Employment Relations role.
- Robust operational & commercial business experience,



ideally having some experience of working in a SME.
- Excellent leadership skills - be that person who not only drives performance but also understands and listens to the team.
- Knowledge of Australian federal and state employment laws e.g. Modern Awards, NES and Fair Work Act.
