We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Operator to join our team - someone who is experienced, reliable, and committed to safety and quality.

About the Role

In this role, you will be operating excavators (5T–30T) and skid steersacross various civil projects. You will be responsible for final trim work, interpreting site plans, and ensuring efficient project completion. The role requires someone who takes initiative, problem-solves on-site, and upholds the highest safety standards.

What You'll Need:

- Excavator and skid steer experience (min. 3 years)
- Ability to final trim
- Strong ability to interpret plans and execute work accordingly
- Machine operating tickets (Statement of Attainment or VOC)
- White Card




- Unencumbered Driver's Licence
- GPS operation knowledge
- HR Licence
