Responsibilities
Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for Decode's website, mobile app, client portal, landing pages, and other digital products
Develop wireframes, user flows, user journey maps, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and ongoing improvements
Improve the overall user experience across web and app touchpoints, with a solid focus on usability, accessibility, clarity, and conversion
Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
Create responsive and adaptive designs for desktop and mobile experiences
Maintain and evolve design consistency across all digital products through style guides, reusable components, and design systems
Support the design of campaign landing pages and other conversion-focused marketing assets - Produce digital creative assets where needed, including banners, email visuals, social media graphics, and tri-fold brochures
Conduct competitor research, reference gathering, and UX reviews to identify opportunities for product and design improvement




Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide clear design handover documentation
Iterate on existing designs based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving business priorities
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, web design, or a similar digital design role Strong portfolio showcasing website, mobile app, or digital product design work
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant design tools
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy, and modern UI principles Good understanding of UX best practices, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design
Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business objectives
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual execution
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
