Opportunities available across Perth and Western Australia
We are advertising on behalf of a well-established, values-driven NDIS provider that genuinely puts both participants and practitioners at the centre of everything they do!
Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Proficient and Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a respected and supportive team as Independent Contractors.
There is significant demand and immediate referral opportunities throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Applications are also welcomed from practitioners located anywhere across Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for Behaviour Support Practitioners who are passionate about improving participant outcomes while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy, and earning potential that comes with independent contracting, and also be part of a well connected and supported team of likeminded practitioners.
Enjoy exceptional earning potential.
As an example, practitioners billing 5.25 hours per day can generate annual billings exceeding $200,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to choose your own workload, hours, and earning capacity.
You will have access to ongoing online supervision and professional development within a highly supportive, collaborative team that is committed to helping practitioners grow and thrive.
This opportunity is ideal for practitioners who value professional independence while remaining connected to a supportive, team-oriented, and participant-focused organisation.

The Opportunity
This role offers the best of both worlds.

You will be joining an organisation with a strong reputation, a practitioner-first culture, and a genuine commitment to helping both participants and practitioners thrive.
Whether you are looking to supplement your existing caseload or build a successful full-time practice, we would love to hear from you.
