The People and Culture team works collaboratively with leaders and employees across Anglicare WA to support nurturing a thriving culture, build workforce capacity, grow capability and strengthen communication aligned to the organisation's purpose, vision and values.
This role coordinates end-to-end recruitment across Anglicare WA.
The role works collaboratively with key stakeholders to create effective recruitment approaches that respond to local needs, effectively establish talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters.
This is a full time (1.0 FTE - 37.5 hour per week) permanent position based in East Perth.
We support flexible working arrangements that include working from home.
About you
To be successful you will have:
Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or relevant experience
Knowledge of recruitment, selection and employment procedures
Experience processing new starter contracts, contract variations, and terminations.
Advanced word processing and computing skills in Windows system including outlook, Word/Excel and database management
Advanced IT skills and ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Anglicare WA systems
Experience using Elmo HR System is highly desired
Eye for detail with strong administration skills
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Ability to proactively manage compliance
Ability to develop collaborative and supportive working relationships




Ability to participate in HR projects and contribute to delivery of the P & C Service Partner model
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accept, respect and work with young people: from a broad range of backgrounds and abilities from different cultures, particularly with Aboriginal & CaLD young people who may identify as LGBTI from all belief systems.
The successful applicant must also have a valid National Police Clearance and a WA Driver's Licence.
A police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us.
The organisation may seek to request an international police clearance if necessary.

Starting salary $********per annum plus 12% superannuation

Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave per year and ability to purchase additional leave
