looking for ongoing work, a consistent 7/7 roster and a DIDO arrangement.

About the Role As a Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out engine change-outs and mechanical maintenance on heavy mining equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
Completing engine swap-outs and change-outs
Removing and installing engines and associated components
Diagnosing mechanical faults and completing repairs
Conducting preventative and breakdown maintenance
Working safely and efficiently in a mining environment




Completing maintenance documentation and reporting as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade Certificate – Diesel Fitting / Heavy Vehicle / Mechanical
Proven Cummins engine experience – essential
Previous experience working on heavy mobile mining equipment
Mining experience highly regarded
Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work safely and independently
Current Driver Licence
Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
Ability to work a 7/7 roster
