As our Clinical Consultant – Speech Pathology, you'll be valued for your clinical expertise and leadership, working alongside a national team of discipline leads to drive excellence, champion evidence-based practice, and make a lasting impact on the lives of our clients and clinicians.
About your new role: Provide clinical consultancy to our multidisciplinary team within the scope of paediatric Speech Pathology.
Act as an expert clinical resource, supporting our Speech Pathologists and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Provide clinical mentoring and supervision to Speech Pathologists across our clinic and community teams, helping develop their clinical confidence and capability.
Support clinicians to implement best practice through evidence-based approaches, while reviewing quality and compliance of service delivery.
Collaborate with the wider Clinical Quality Development (CQD) team on quality improvement initiatives, multidisciplinary collaboration, and innovative service delivery.
Develop and implement current clinical programs and service offerings in partnership with our clinicians.
Provide clinical leadership and vision while supporting clinicians to strengthen both their clinical and leadership skills.
Stay informed on the latest research, best practice, and regulatory changes across the NDIS and community sectors.
Lead team meetings, facilitate case conferences, and promote ongoing professional development.
Enjoy the perfect balance of maintaining a clinical caseload while stepping into a leadership and mentoring position.
This role will be primarily based from one of our Westminster, Midland, Maddington or Spearwood clinics, with some travel to support our wider WA Speech Pathology teams.

What we're looking for A Degree in Speech Pathology (essential).
Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status and membership with Speech Pathology Australia (essential).
Leadership and/or mentoring experience.
5+ years' experience within the NDIS and community sector.
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
Current or willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
Working with Children Check (essential).
