About The Role

- 3-6 month contract with a view to transition into Permanent
- $90-$100 per hour + Super
- Beautiful Upper North Shore Location
- Drive operational performance across quality, workforce, occupancy and financial outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
- Lead all aspects of service delivery, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care

Essential Requirements and About You

- Proven senior leadership experience across aged care, healthcare, or a closely related industry
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve strong operational outcomes
- Strong capability in financial management, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement




- Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong commitment to delivering resident-focused care and fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture
