We're currently looking to speak with experienced conveyancers interested in supporting the property transactions team of a large Australian organisation.This chance will involve providing additional support as required across a portfolio of residential property matters.
The work is expected to fluctuate depending on transaction volumes, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety, can work autonomously and is comfortable stepping into an established team.The role may include:Managing residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlementPreparing and reviewing contracts and related documentationCoordinating title, registration and transfer requirementsManaging settlements through PEXALiaising with internal stakeholders, customers and external partiesWe're interested in hearing from candidates who have:Demonstrated conveyancing experience within private practice, in-house or a property development environmentStrong understanding of residential property transactionsHands-on PEXA experienceExcellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
