Credit Analyst - 12 Month fixed term contractSydney CBD$120K plus Super and BonusOur client is a fast‐growing non‐bank lender with a strong and diverse mortgage offering across residential and commercial segments.
With continued expansion and a commitment to high‐quality credit outcomes, they are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join their credit team in Sydney, to cover parental leave for a 12 month fixed term contract.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced setting, enjoys complex credit assessment, and wants to contribute to capability uplift and process improvement across the credit function.About the RoleAs a Credit Analyst, you will assess and decision loan applications across a broad portfolio, applying strong analytical judgement and ensuring alignment with credit policy and risk appetite.
You'll manage a busy pipeline, work closely with brokers and internal teams, and play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience from application through to approval.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and decision loan applications in line with credit policy and risk frameworksManage a pipeline of applications and deliver timely, high‐quality decisionsApply strong analytical judgement to complex borrower scenariosEnsure compliance with NCCP, Responsible Lending,
