Fighting Chance Australia in Frenchs Forest NSW is hiring a Support Worker to deliver high-quality support within our Avenue programs. You will provide personal care, mealtime assistance, and daily task support while building trusting relationships with participants.

The role emphasises participant-led care, creativity in delivering support, and timely reporting. You’ll work with a energetic team and may need NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks, plus First Aid.
