Fraser Coast Cleaning & Yard Services is looking for an experienced, motivated Yard Team Leader to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can lead a team to deliver high-quality results every day.

What you'll be doing:

- Lawn mowing and whipper snipping
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Garden tidy-ups and weed control
- Ensuring every job is completed to a high standard
- Training and supporting team members

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in lawn and garden maintenance
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Current driver's licence (manual preferred)Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
