We’re a growing engineering consultancy founded in 2018 and expanded in 2025 with the acquisition of Electrical Reticulation Design Services (ERDS). Together, we’re a team of 50+ engineers, designers, and drafters delivering major projects across Queensland. Our expertise spans road, highway and motorway planning and design, ITS, traffic signal design, road lighting, drainage and civil and electrical construction.

What You’ll Be Working On

You will play a key role in preparing civil and electrical engineering drawings for transport infrastructure projects from concept planning stage through to detailed design and construction phase support. You will work closely with designers, engineers and project managers.

Technical focus areas include:

Roads, Intersections & Active Transport

Traffic Signals, Street Lighting & ITS

You’ll have ownership of your work, support from management, and space to grow.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You…

Hold a drafting or technical engineering qualification

Are proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD scripting





Have experience producing engineering drawings (minimum 2 years), ideally within roads and highways sector

Have experience in local council and Transport and Main Roads Drafting Standards and systems

Communicate well with teammates

Can manage your day‑to‑day workload with minimal supervision

Want to keep learning and progressing your career
