IT Project Manager . 24-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Based near Morningside, this role offers a hybrid working model, with regular in-office collaboration required.

Reporting to the General Manager – Information Technology, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, internal business and IT teams, and external implementation partners to ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The position is offered as a 24-month fixed-term contract , with scope to appoint at either Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP, CRM, and broader technology-transformation projects
- Drive implementation, replacement, upgrade, integration, and delivery activities across D365 F&O;/D365 CRM or comparable Tier 1 ERP platforms
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance documentation
- Coordinate internal business, technology, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams
- Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, ensuring they are escalated and resolved promptly
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, project boards, and steering committees
- Manage project reporting, financial tracking, budgets, vendor deliverables, invoicing, accruals, contracts, and Statements of Work
- Support business readiness activities,



including testing, training, change coordination, and go-live planning
- Build strong stakeholder alignment and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle

You will bring:

- 6+ years’ experience in IT project management
- Demonstrated experience delivering ERP and/or CRM implementation, upgrade, transformation, or replacement programs
- Strong preference for experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) and/or D365 CRM initiatives
- Alternatively, strong Tier 1 ERP delivery experience across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, TechnologyOne, Infor, or similar
- Experience leading enterprise-system projects involving process change, integration, data, testing, training, and go-live readiness
- Strong project-governance, reporting, risk-management, budget-management, and lifecycle-delivery capability
- Experience managing external vendors, systems integrators, implementation partners, software providers, and third-party contracts
- The ability to engage senior business stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams
- Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
- A formal project-management qualification and/or relevant IT or business qualification will be highly regarded
