About the Role
As part of our Event / Venue Customer Service Team, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces patrons see when they arrive at the venue. Your mission? To ensure every guest enters smoothly, feels welcomed, and gets where they need to go with ease.
These are active, guest-facing roles that are perfect for outgoing individuals with great communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Scanning at entry gates
Wrist banding patrons for access to specific zones or VIP areas
Providing transparent directions and event information
Answering general questions with a can-do attitude
Reporting issues or escalating concerns as needed to your supervisor
Representing Spark Event Group and our clients with professionalism
Requirements
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or events preferred)
Confident using handheld scanning devices or happy to be trained
Experience in ticketing related tasks and wrist banding at major events (preferred)
Friendly, presentable, and proactive
Reliable and punctual – you understand the importance of being event-ready
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Available on weekends, weekdays, and/or evenings
