2IC (Second-in-Charge) – Casual With the Option to go (Full Time Hours Available)
Location: Zambrero Melville
Zambrero Melville is looking for a motivated and reliable 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to join our team. This is a casual position with full-time hours available for the right candidate.
As our 2IC, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while leading shifts and helping drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts and support the team
Open and close the store
Stock ordering and stocktakes
Weekly banking when required
Cash handling when required
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Train and coach team members
Deliver outstanding customer service
About You
Previous supervisor or management experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude we are willing to train you.
Zambrero experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work in a quick-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
