We are seeking experienced and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our Sisley Paris team at David Jones Doncaster.

As a Sisley Paris Beauty Consultant, you will thrive on delivering exceptional client experiences, developing long term client relationships and achieving outstanding retail sales results.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Performance: Achieve retail sales targets, KPI and productivity targets.
Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations and service.
Build a loyal client base through relationship selling and proactive clienteling.
Perform Sisley’s signature luxury skincare consultations and bespoke facial treatments.
Manage daily operations including stock, visual merchandising, reporting and administration.

You will bring:
Previous experience as a Senior Beauty Advisor within luxury beauty
A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
A genuine passion for skincare, beauty and delivering personalised client experiences.
A skilled, polished presentation with exceptional attention to detail.




The ability to build lasting client relationships and create loyal advocates for the Sisley brand.
